I have mixed emotions sharing the great experience I had with Adams Memorials, but because of the way Tiffany Butera treated me with both kindness and respect, I am willing to write this review. When my wife passed away, I was dealing with Leverenz Memorial in Danville. When I purchase my wife's marker, Mr. Leverenz promised me to clean the two-family markers beside my wife's grave. When I realized that Leverenz Memorial had been purchased by Adams Memorial, I thought there was the possibility that the two-family markers would not be cleaned by the new company. However, I could have not been more wrong with that thought. When I called Adams Memorials and talked to Tiffany Butera, she was willing to listen to me and work with me. If fact, I could not believe how quickly and professionally she accomplished my request. If you are deciding which memorial company you want to deal with, I would highly recommend you give Adams Memorials consideration and then talk to Tiffany Butera.

Such a difficult time was made so much less difficult with the assistance of Tiffany Butera at Adams Memorial. She was so patient with all my questions. Even drove to the cemetery with me to look at our spot. She was very knowledgeable and gave me so many suggestions and advice really help me make decisions that obviously are one of the hardest especially for one with the death of a child. So many choices and she just allowed me to take my time while she took her time with me what a positive experience for something so difficult emotionally.
